4. न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता ( Minimum Academic Qualification ) :कोई भी अभ्यर्थी सेवा में भर्ती के लिए तब तक पात्र नहीं होगा जब तक कि वह भारत में विधि द्वारा स्थापित तथा अधिवक्ता अधिनियम , 1961 के अधीन इस रूप में मान्य किसी भी विश्वविद्यालय की विधि स्नातक ( व्यावसायिक ) की उपाधि चारित ना करता हो ।( No Candidate shall be eligible for recruitment to the service unless he holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws ( Professional ) of any University established by Law in India and recognised as such under the Advocates Act , 1961 )

प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी को देवनागरी लिपि में लिखी जाने वाली हिन्दी भाषा तथा राजस्थानी चौलियों एवं सामाजिक रूढ़ियों ( रीति – रिवाज ) का गहन ज्ञान होना चाहिए ।( Every candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of Hindi Written in Devnagari script and Rajasthani dialects and social customs of Rajasthan . )

नोट : – विधि स्नातक ( व्यावसायिक ) के अंतिम वर्ष / अतिम सेमेस्टर की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित हो चुका या सम्मिलित हो रहा . आवेदक भी आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र है । ऐसे आवेदक को वांछित शैक्षणिक योग्यता मुख्य लिखित परीक्षा से पूर्व पारित करनी होगी और उसका प्रमाण ( Proof ) मुख्य लिखित परीक्षा होने के 07 दिवस के भीतर रजिस्ट्रार ( परीक्षा ) , राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय , जोधपुर के कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत करना होगा । .

Note : – Person who has appeared or is appearing in final year / final semester of LL.B. ( Professional ) , shall be eligible to apply for the post . Such candidate has to acquire the requisite educational qualification before Main Examination and proof thereof has to be submitted to the office of Registrar ( Examination ) , Rajasthan High Court , Jodhpur , within 07 days of holding of Main Examination .

शारीरिक उपयुक्तता ( Physical Fitness ) किसी व्यक्ति की सेवा के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त नहीं किया जायेगा जब तक कि वह अच्छे मानसिक एवं शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य से युक्त ना हो तथा ऐसे किसी दोष से मुक्त ना हो जिससे सेवा के सदस्य के रूप में उसके कर्तव्यों का दक्षतापूर्वक पालन करने में बाधा आने की संभावना हो । भर्ती प्राधिकारी द्वारा अनुशंसित किसी भी आवेदक को सेवा में नियुक्ति नहीं दी जायेगी जब तक कि यह सरकार द्वारा अधिसूचित चिकित्सा प्राधिकारी द्वारा उपयुक्त ( FIT ) ना पाया गया हो ।(Physical fitness: No person shall be appointed as a member of the Service unless he is of good mental and physical health and free from any defect likely to impair his duties as a member of the Service. There is a possibility of obstruction in following efficiently. No applicant recommended by the Recruiting Authority shall be appointed to the Service unless he is found fit (FIT) by the Medical Authority notified by the Government.)

राष्ट्रीयता ( Nationality ) :सेवा में नियुक्ति के लिए अभ्यर्थी भारत का नागरिक होना चाहिए ।(A candidate for appointment to the service must be a citizen of India . )

आयु ( Age ) : आवेदक 1 जनवरी , 2022 को 21 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण कर चुका हो किन्तु 40 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण नहीं कर चुका होना चाहिए , लेकिन – राजस्थान के अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग / अति पिछड़ा वर्ग / आणि कमजोर वर्ग एवं महिला आवेदकों के मामले में ऊपरी आयु सीमा को 5 वर्ष तक शिथिल किया जा दिव्यांगजन ( Persons with Benchmark Disabilities ) के लिए ऊपरी आयु सीमा में छु अनुज्ञेय होगी , जैसा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा समय – समय पर राज्य में लागू हो ।(The applicant must have completed 21 years of age on January 1, 2022 but should not have completed 40 years of age, but – SC / ST / OBC / MBC / etc. of Rajasthan. Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of weaker section and women applicants, relaxation in upper age limit will be admissible for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, as applicable in the State from time to time by the State Government.)

 नोट – उपरोक्त आयु सीमा में शिथिलता केवल एक श्रेणी हेतु ही अनुज्ञेय होगी ।(Note – Relaxation in the above age limit will be admissible for one category only.)

स्पष्टीकरण : – अन्तिम बार , वर्ष 2018 में सिविल न्यायाधीश संवर्ग हेतु जारी विज्ञापन में आयु सीमा की गणना 01.01.2020 के आधार पर की गई थी तथा इस विज्ञापन द्वारा आयोजित की जा रही परीक्षा हेतु आयु सीमा की गणना दिनांक 01.01.2022 के आधार पर की जा रही है । अतः ऐसे आवेदक जो अपनी आयु सीमा की दृष्टि से दिनांक 01.01.2021 को उक्त परीक्षा में बैठने हेतु पात्र होते . वे इस परीक्षा हेतु आवेदन करने के लिए आयु सीमा की दृष्टि से पात्र हैं (Explanation: – Lastly, in the advertisement issued for Civil Judge cadre in the year 2018, the age limit was calculated on the basis of 01.01.2020 and the age limit for the examination being conducted by this advertisement was calculated on the basis of 01.01.2022. Its being done . Therefore, such applicants who in view of their age limit would have been eligible to appear in the said examination on 01.01.2021. They are eligible in terms of age limit to apply for this exam.)

चरित्र ( Character ) :- सेवा में सीधी भर्ती के अभ्यर्थी का चरित्र ऐसा होना चाहिए जो उसे सेवा में नियोजन के लिए अहित ( Quality ) करे । अभ्यर्थी को (Character The character of a candidate for direct recruitment to the service should be such as to deter him from being employed in the service. to the candidate)

( i ) एक सच्चरित्रता प्रमाण – पत्र ( Good Character Certificate ) जो उस विश्वविद्यालय , महाविद्यालय या विद्यालय , जिसमें उसने अन्तिम बार अध्ययन किया है , के प्रधानाचार्य / अकादमी अधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया गया हो , प्रस्तुत करना होगा एवं  ( a Good Character Certificate issued by the Principal / Academy Officer of the University, College or School in which he last studied, and)

( ii ) दो सच्चरित्रता प्रमाण – पत्र , जो आवेदन प्रस्तुत करने की तारीख से 6 माह से अधिक पूर्व के लिखे हुए न हो . ऐसे दो उत्तरदायी व्यक्तियों के प्रस्तुत करने होंगे , जो उसके विश्वविद्यालय महाविद्यालय या विद्यालय से सम्बन्धित ना हों एवं उसके सम्बन्धी ना हो । (Two certificates of character, in writing not later than 6 months from the date of submission of the application. Such two responsible persons, who are not related to his university, college or school and are not related to him.)
