NEW DELHI :-Sections 6 to 52A of the Indian Penal Code deals with general explanations. This chapter mentions the words used in the Code. This chapter is called the key to the entire penal code.

Section 6. The definitions used in the Code shall be deemed to be studies of exceptions, the main purpose of Section 6 is that no contradiction arises between the general exception of Chapter 4 and the general explanation as the general exception of Chapter 4 governs the entire Code. Let’s do the common exceptions that have been kept in a place that cannot be repeated. Section 6 is called the key to the entire code.

Section 7. Section 7 of the Indian Penal Code makes it clear that the words and terms explained in the Code will have the same meaning or the same meaning in the entire Act.

Section 8. Section 8 of the Indian Penal Code stipulates that both males and females fall under the sex.

Section 9. Section 9 of the Indian Penal Code prescribes the gender, which includes both a singular and a plural.

Section 10. Section 10 of the Indian Penal Code defines both men and women: Men and women can be of any age.
